Only one Shipping Fee item is needed for your single order for all items. Please indicate whether you will pick up items or enter a shipping address for delivery. Shipping will not be made without the $7.99 fee being paid. If you are able to pick up the products then no shipping cost will be required.

To pick up your items at a general meeting or from Ken Gabel directly please mark the Pick Up option with a “Y”.
Otherwise leave the Pick Up option blank and enter a shipping address,
